By accessing our website, scheduling services, or using our HVAC repair platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our online HVAC service booking, customer portal, and all related repair services provided by our network of certified technicians.

Service Description and Limitations

THE PAWSHOP ONLINE operates as a digital platform connecting customers with licensed HVAC service providers. We facilitate the scheduling, coordination, and payment processing for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning repairs. All repair work is performed by independent, certified HVAC technicians who are thoroughly vetted and insured. Service estimates provided through our platform are based on the information you provide and initial diagnostics; final costs may vary after on-site inspection. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or issues caused by improper maintenance prior to our service.

Online Scheduling and Account Management

When you create an account on THE PAWSHOP ONLINE, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your HVAC system and service needs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Our platform allows you to schedule services, track repair history, communicate with technicians, and manage payments. Technical issues, maintenance periods, or system updates may temporarily limit access to certain features.

Payment and Billing Policies

Service call fees are charged upon technician dispatch and cover travel, initial diagnostics, and system evaluation. This fee is applied toward your total repair cost if service is performed. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled through your online account or by contacting our customer service team. Cancellations made less than four hours before your scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full service call fee. Our technicians operate on optimized routes; while we provide arrival windows, exact times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unexpected complexities with prior jobs. We make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays through text message or email updates.

Warranties and Service Guarantees

Parts installed through our service network carry manufacturer warranties as specified by each manufacturer. Labor is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for ninety days from service completion. Our platform facilitates warranty claims between customers, service technicians, and manufacturers. Some repairs may affect existing manufacturer warranties; our technicians will inform you of this possibility before proceeding. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from system failures, though we carry general liability insurance for work performed through our platform.

Acceptable Use of Platform

You may not use our platform to schedule fraudulent appointments, harass technicians, or attempt to circumvent our payment systems. Automated booking scripts, bots, or scraping tools are prohibited. Customer reviews and feedback must be truthful and relate directly to service experiences. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior toward our team or service partners.
